The Kit Digital is an initiative of the Spanish Government, which aims to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available on the market in order to achieve a significant advance in the level of digital maturity.

Self-employed, micro-enterprises and companies with up to 49 employees in any sector that want to boost their digital transformation.

What functionalities does it have for the company?

COMMUNICATIONS

The company can communicate events and news about the company and information about personal documentation to employees.

PERSONNEL

Direct access to data concerning employees’ contracts and their accesses to the portal.

DOCUMENTS

The company uploads documents for their employees and has a document history of all the documents uploaded.

EXPENSES AND KILOMETERS

The company has access to the expenses the employees have uploaded as expenses and kilometers and it can manage them (approve, deny and pay).

HOLIDAYS

The company can see and manage the employees’ holiday calendar: approved and pending holidays and coincidences with other employees.

TIME REGISTRATION

Fast and secure check-in system. Now with the option of geolocation and facial recognition.

What are the functionalities for the employee?

DOCUMENTS

Online access to contractual documentation with the company and all documents the company wants to share with their employees.

COMMUNICATIONS

The employee receives communications from the company: if the holidays requested have been approved, if the ID informed has expired...

ENTERING EXPENSES

The employee can upload its labour expenses: subsistence, kilometres...in an easy and comfortable way and adding the tickets needed.

HOLIDAYS AND WORKING CALENDAR

The employee has its own calendar where holidays, days of leave and working hours are recorded. Holidays can be requested, and the employee will be informed about the pending days.

TIME REGISTRATION

The employee registers his working day and can indicate if he does overtime / complementary hours. Now with the option of signing in with geolocation and facial recognition.
